I work with people who are expected to perform under pressure—and who are tired of carrying everything alone.

My background spans military service, medicine, counseling, and performance coaching, and Perc3ptX exists at the intersection of those worlds. I’ve spent years operating in environments where clarity matters, mistakes have consequences, and stress is not optional. That experience shapes how I work with clients today.

I am a former U.S. Army Special Forces medic, trained to function in high-stress, high-stakes situations where adaptability, emotional regulation, and decision-making are essential. After my military service, I pursued formal medical and clinical training, which deepened my understanding of trauma, stress physiology, and human behavior. Over time, my work evolved into a focus on mental health, performance, resilience, and sustainable functioning.

At Perc3ptX, I don’t believe in quick fixes or generic advice. I help clients understand how stress is showing up in their lives, where performance is breaking down, and how to build systems that support long-term clarity, health, and readiness. That may involve counseling, coaching, or a combination of both—always with clear boundaries and ethical transparency.

I work especially well with:

  • Veterans and first responders

  • High-performing professionals and leaders

  • Individuals navigating transition, burnout, identity shifts, or chronic stress

  • People who are functioning outwardly, but struggling internally

My approach is direct, human, and practical. We focus on real-world tools, honest conversations, and strategies that hold up under pressure—not theory for theory’s sake.

Perc3ptX is not about pushing harder.
It’s about learning how to perform without breaking yourself in the process.
